「作品类型」包括不限于 绘画、水彩画、水粉画、油画、丙烯画、蜡笔画、水墨画、素描、卡通画、版画、漫画、综合材料等。

1、原创性和版权：参与者必须提交由其本人创作或共同创作的作品，并明确作品的著作权和版权。参赛者需确认其作品的原创性，主办方不对作品侵犯他人（或单位）权利产生的法律责任承担责任，该法律责任由参赛者本人承担
2、主办方权利：主办方拥有本次活动中所有获奖作品的知识产权和版权。主办方享有对相应设计方案进行再设计、生产、展示和出版等权益。如果作品在商业使用中存在著作权争议，由提供作品的参与者承担法律责任。
3、展示和宣传权利：主办方有权对所有参赛作品进行公益展示、报道和宣传。
4、比赛期间的限制：在比赛期间，参与者不得将作品转让或许可给任何第三方，也不得将作品用于参与其他与本赛事相同或类似的活动。
Intellectual Property
Originality and Copyright: Participants must submit works that they have personally created or co-created. They must clearly establish the copyright and authorship of their submissions. Participants must ensure the originality of their works, as the organizers will not be held liable for any legal issues arising from the infringement of rights belonging to others. The participant will bear all legal responsibilities.
Rights of the Organizers: The organizers will hold the intellectual property and copyright for all winning entries in this competition. The organizers reserve the right to redesign, produce, display, and publish the selected designs. If any copyright disputes arise from the commercial use of the work, the participant who provided the work will be responsible for resolving the issue.
Rights to Display and Publicity: The organizers have the right to publicly display, report on, and promote all entries submitted to the competition.
Restrictions During the Competition: During the competition period, participants may not transfer or license their works to any third party, nor may they enter their works in other competitions that are the same as or similar to this one.
